Andrew came to our house with the product gift wrapped and gave it to me telling me it was a gift for me. He then talked for sometime about how the device could save me power and referred to references from Pascoes etc. he then asked for my credit card details and told me the receipt would be emailed to me. He assured me that the device could be installed by any electrician and did not tell me the warranty was only valid if we used their electrician. He also told me if we had any issues with
