We have a problem with water leaking through our roofing and down a wall so these guys were recommended to me as the Specialists. Bill came out to see the job, took the photos and went off to' talk to the Boss.' I had to chase them up, they didn't identify where the water was coming in, said it was a building job not a roof job (yet the roof & walls are coloursteel) but quoted to make up a tray to catch water run-off. This eventuated, however the rain continued to come into the building.
