Awful communication, difficult to finalise starting date. Didn't reply to numerous messages left. Once started, work done in proposed timeframe but not happy with final result (pattern effect/visual illusion) due to not mixing and matching up boards according to subtle colour variation as we requested. Refused to remedy problem (i.e switch position of some boards BEFORE the work was completed) when discussed with him. Bad experience overall.
