"Mike has done several repairs for us over the years. Has always been a little slack with communication but it's fallen to pieces now. He couldn't fix our heater and pump so offered to replace it. The first replacement failed after 5 months so he replaced it again. The second one failed 7 months later (in February this year) and he said he would go back to the supplier but never got back to me. I messaged him repeatedly asking about it but he's ignoring us. Very disappointed."

Just terrible. Took forever to come out and when he finally did he quoted one price and when I got the bill it was way off. The repairs never worked properly and the spa is not working. It's a real pain.
