We had the worst experience with this company when they installed our heat pump. To start with they installed the heatpump on the wrong side of the house to where we had agreed. We had plants ripped out of the garden and thrown onto the lawn and left to die when they tried to fit the outside unit and fitted it so close to the back door that we could no longer open it all the way. They created damage to the gib in the wall where they tried to connect the power (a 6.5kW heat pump into the
