AS STATED ON THE TAX INVOICE "Note: there is a 5 year warranty in place for the workmanship and materials on this repair" BUT IRONICALLY, ONCE PAID, NON RESPONSIVE WHEN ISSUES ARISE STILL WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD. AVOID!!
Contracted by my duplex neighbour, awesome job on her roof but ... removed without any discussion ridge tiles on entirely my property, been waiting since august for Darren and Steve to rectify. Damaged my down pipes by filling with concrete or grout filings, same also flowed into my garden, they did clear down pipe. Darren approachable and agreed e Aesthetic with removal of my tiles ( without consent) not ideal approached several times to rectify STILL waiting
The majority of the roof was completed satisfactory except for one section which looked really bad. It took 9 months for select roofing to tidy this up, but only after numerous requests. I had to deal with a second more helpful person at Select, after the first person stopped responding and disowned the problem.
Excellent company to deal with, the guys doing the job introduced themselves with excellent manners all through the process. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

New concrete roof was needed on old 1940s house in New Lynn. Quality of work was superb. Customer service was spot on - courteous, professional, friendly. and PROMPT! Not like another company I tried to deal with. Thank you! Thoroughly recommend them.
Great experience dealing with Select. Small maintenance job - repointing and tile replacement. Quote very reasonable. Work done virtually straight away and communication and attention to detail excellent. Would recommend and use this firm for all future maintenance needs.
