We were dealing with Richard at Searchfield Electrical as a sub-contractor to the company painting our house - Searchfields came to remove and then reinstal all the exterior lights. However I did deal with Richard directly when he came back to do the reinstallations and he was first class. While he was there I asked him to fix a dimmer in our kitchen as a job outside of his contract, which I would pay for separately. It turned out that the dimmer was incorrectly wired and it took him a couple
