"A consultant was promptly available from Russells and we were able to select fabrics and blinds with ease. The issues arose when one of the fabrics was on backorder. No contact was made to let us know and when suggested install date came and went (mid-January) I ended up calling them myself. Lynette (Auckland install co-ordinator) advised me of delayed supply issue and said consultant should have told me.
