I'll never use this business again!!!<br />My hot water cylinder drain line was leaking water. It supposed a small job to replace valves on hot water cylinder. A professional plumber should prepare well and should come to the site just once can quickly fix the problem. <br />He came on site for 1 hour 45 minutes but did not finish the job. He second time came on the site for 45 minutes. <br />It’s not a professional way of doing a job without preparing and need to come twice. The worst part is charging

Plumber arrived to fix my hot water cylinder, after 10 minutes realised it was an electrical fault and called in an electrician. He came that evening and replaced a broken component in 10 minutes. Seemed alright until I received a bill for over $300! Call out fees and 1 hour of labour charged for the plumber that did nothing, and a huge electrician bill that wasn't explained.</p><p>Poor communication all round, no explanation of any costs in person or on their website, I'll never be using this

We have used this company for at least 10 years for two of our properties. They have been good up to now but they seem to have lost the plot. This week we asked them for urgent help to fix or replace a gas califont as our family with 2 toddlers had no hot water. Earlier, while they were attending to plumbing and gas fitting in our renovation work, to several thousand dollars, we had thought the califont was dodgy and asked them to check it. They said it was fine. It broke down a month later.

I thought the plumber and the company were not professional in their approach. They recorded my job as a toilet cistern overflow when it was a sewage overflow. The plumber immediately said I need a new ball****in the cistern when in fact it's working perfectly. I explained that it was sewage overflowing out of the vent in the garden. He used a plunger to free a blockage in the vent just below ground level and hosed it out. He could see fine tree roots in the vent pipe just below ground level,

rang to get a quote on a shower install. Couldn't get a date or time from the receptionist so spoke to the boss. Great at least a day set along with before lunch so stayed home to wait for the workman. Rang at 12 to ask how much longer only to find they had mixed our job with another so they wouldn't be out today! Told them not to bother.

If you want a job done, and done according to your TimeFrame, don't use this Business.

Happy with work carried out, response times and pricing. A small leak detected after contractor had left but this was quickly remedied without fuss the following day. I would use this company again.

These guys really appeared to try to do the job right by me.<br />A good effort boys.<br />Sally
