I cannot recommend Ivan highly enough. I contacted him in regards to a blocked stormwater drain which ran under our decorative concrete driveway. Whlie others wanted to cut up the driveway to investigate Ivan diligently and thoroughly investigated and found the problem some 12 meters away from the entry point. If you need a professional who not only knows what needs to be done but can also get it done, then talk to Ivan. I had a broken waste pipe due to ground movement. Due to the need, it was made good with a temporary fix at the time of the inspection. On the day of repair, two more breaks were found further along, clearly visible, via his camera inspection. I contacted Ivan as we had a flooded garage. Ivan was prompt with his communication, upfront with the costs in his quote and was very professional with his dealings with both our property manager and tenant. Not only did he send me pictures to explain what the problem might be, his follow up was fantastic. Needless to say I have engaged his services for a followup drain clean next year and would definiltely recommend his services.
Ivan was punctual and professional throughout the job of replacing the drainage from the house to the main line. Access of the digger was through the neighbours property and this was handled with care and respect for their property. Wow. What an absolute professional. From start to finish Ivan was incredible. Communicative, extremely hard-working, reliable and just a general all round good guy. I have had several issues with drainage over the years and employed various drainage contractors to deal with these issues but I can honestly say my experience with Ivan was by far superior. Ivan came to help us with our drainage issues (water coming into the basement). Out of all the other companies and people that came to give us a quote, Ivan was the only one the gave the site a thorough good look (it took almost an hour) before letting us know what needed to be done. We had a blocked sewer in our block of 5 units. I contacted Ivan and he gave a probable day that he could come to fix and then managed to come two days earlier which was a godsend as the overflow was getting bigger. Great communicator, personable and did an excellent job clearing the blockage and tidying afterwards. Highly recommend.

Ivan cleared our blocked grey water / sewage drain in Mt Albert, using a drain cleaning machine. The machine had metal “drain snake” which located the roots causing the blockage and cut them out. Ivan is clearly a professional with much experience. I highly recommend him to others.
