Outstanding customer service. Had a water meter installed. Olivia kept me informed on progress from start to finish including assisting with paperwork. Seamless company to deal with. Would highly recommend. 5 star rating!
Fantastic hard working team who were up to the difficult job of installing new soak holes with associated piping. Great communicators too and reduced the invoice upon completion of the job. Wow.
I have been using Pumped Up Plumbing for 3+ years, most recently for a full kitchen and bathroom renovation and installing a new heat pump hot water cylinder. They are a real pleasure to work with. Communication is great, they’re very responsive, and the work is excellent. Price is reasonable too.
Had leak from water pipe resulting in large watercare bill. Contacted Liv and Ben who responded so promptly, investigated and based on their professional opinion laid new water pipe. Required excision of contract, new trench dug to connect to house via garage. Testing and ensuring all functions well. Excellent service, fixed promptly at very reasonable cost and left site tidy. Highly recommend.
The team responded promptly and fixed plumbing issues we had around the house. No requests were too difficult for them. True professionals, job completed quickly and left the site very tidy. Will definitely use again.

We have used Pumped Up Plumbing on 2 house renovations which included full repiping. Ben and Liv make a great team. Ben does a good job of talking through the options and getting the best solution. The work is carried out to a high standard and the site is left clean and tidy. Their staff work well and are a pleasure to have on site. And Liv does an excellent job behind the scenes with keeping us informed and getting the admin sorted. Recommended.
We had Ben install a water filter at home in our kitchen. The team did an amazing job to slot me in at short notice and the work was wrapped up in a good time. I was kept in the loop regarding timing of when to expect Ben over and he gave good general advice on maintance of the product he installed. Overall the value and workmanship was top notch.
We had a leak in our laundry and needed somebody to come and take a look. Kieran was available that morning and was round in no time at all. He was polite and friendly and did a great, thorough job. We have used Pumped up Plumbing in the past and had awesome service from Ben, so it's great to know that whoever you get, you can rely on good service.

Ben and Liv came to assess the job (toilet and taps) and Kieran did an awesome job. Fabulous, fast team at reasonable prices. Recommend.
Ben arrived on time to assess the job and showed ingenuity in the solution he recommend. Liv provided excellent communication always tx the night before advising arrival time and what was planned to be done that day. Being an outside job there were minor delays due to weather however good comms again helped. They had tidy equipment and always cleaned up. I was pleased with the final result and it came in at a reasonable cost. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
We asked Ben to install an Englefield bidet seat for us. The requirements in NZ are pretty hardcore when it comes to backflow prevention, and Ben was up front about the importance of following the rules. He was also open about the fact that we could probably find someone to do the job who wouldn't be a stickler for the regs (and so would do it for much less). I got good vibes from Ben and Liv, and appreciated his transparency. I was very pleased with how tidily and efficiently the job was

Very happy with the job they did, installing a new hot water cylinder and fitting a tap in bathroom. Ben was the original contact who priced the job and two other plumbers did the installation. They were polite and accommodating and easy to have working in the house and I have no hesitation recommending them to all.
Ben initially came to see our leaking pipes/cylinder. he shuffled around other appointments so that he could come and see our problem. This was greatly appreciated as it was an emergency. He returned on the following day with Cardiff to work on the problem. They both proved to be very reliable, trustworthy, and are an absolute credit to the plumbing trade. My wife and I found them to be very polite, they explained everything as they went and did not assume that we were unable to understand
