Ken was great, from initial contact to completion was only about 1-2 days given we asked quite late in the afternoon. Very happy with the workmanship, our leaky toilet tank and dishwasher working great now, thanks Ken.
Ken was very accommodating. He offered to attend my plumbing over the weekend (unfortunately I was working all weekend). He came on time, gave me several options for solution to accommodate with possible costs. He was very aware with everybody having difficulties economically and gave some discounts. Cannot recommend him enough for any of your plumbing work.
I love when people do what they say they are going to do and Ken fits that bill completely. I contacted Ken after seeing his recomendations on this site. He gave me two options to replace the shower and did a marvelous job. My husband is a disaster area and Kens patience trying to fix the things he's broken was wonderful.

I had family coming to stay and a bathroom washbasin that was not usable. Ken came within the hour, communicated well, fixed the problem and cleaned up! Most appreciative of his services and will definately be using Zeppelin Plumbing again.
Excellent work by Ken. Was impressed with his knowledge and range of skills - fixed a broken toilet pipe, repaired a leaky pipe in the roof and reinstalled a length of guttering that had come rigt off the brackets (even gave it a clean up) great communication, punctual and very good value for money.
Ken arrived on time. Did a great job finding and fixing a leak in our toilet wall. Did a neat job, good communication. He cleaned up before he left. Billed promptly and clearly. Highly recommended

Sorted a Plumbing leak for us in about 15mins and pointed out areas that need more work to prevent further leaks in the future. Super helpful!
Completed plumbing for complete house renovation - bathroom/ensuite/kitchen and laundry sink. Completed to an excellent standard and provided all the materials and parts for each area. Oustanding results as a result when undergoing code of compliance the inspector was impressed with the high quality of plumbing work.
