We needed a reliable CCTV inspection in part to correct the work of another contractor. We needed speedy, accurate and reliable video/evidence. That is exactly what we got ! Thank you all so much.

Excellent company. I called up several times and always got their contact person who was very patient with my questions. Justin came over and took time to inspect my sewer system with the camera, explained what he observed and took the time to fully answer any questions. Everything was very professional and efficient. I would definitely use this company again if I have any future problems with my sewer drainage.
Excellent service. We had expensive damage following the January floods. CCTV found the reason and fixed it. The blockage had probably been there for 20 years or more, long before we bought the property. We had no idea why we were flooding suddenly. It was a combination of the blockage and the increasing rainfall.
I am really glad I chose CCTV Drain Inspections to unblock our drain. I was very anxious about what could have caused the blockage (our first in 33 years living in our home), but their very personable representative, Jacob, immediately put my mind at rest and predicted (correctly) that the roots of a bush were probably to blame. Prompt response, friendly operator, great service.
I've used their CCTV survey service a number of times and they are have always been prompt in communication and service. When there was a small misunderstanding on an issue they promptly returned to site to carry out the work with no complaint or issue. Very professional and I highly recommend.
They came to remove roots from blocked drain within a few days.

John sent out his guy promptly. He was a nice guy who worked well and tried his best to find out my problem. Due to the nature of it we werent able to find out what i wanted but i was happy with the information that i did get that helped me towards resolving the situation. Happily recommend these guys.
brilliant! solved a tricky little problem without a site visit -- figured out a likely cause and cure over the phone and it worked 100 pc... thought a pipe may have become pinched, and sure enough it had.
