“We needed our two heat pumps, one wall mounted and one larger ducted system cleaned and serviced as they hadn't been done in quite some time. Tom let us know in advance that he could start the job early, did an excellent very thorough job, and left absolutely no mess whatsoever. I highly recommend Marshall Electrics to anyone needing heat pump work done and will absolutely be using them again in future.”
“I recently had Kelvin and Jono do two separate lighting jobs for me, one at my home and the other at my rental. Mixture of changing out light fittings and fixing down lights not working. Both gentlemen were efficient, friendly, professional and easy going. Great vibes all around and pricing is good too. Sounds like a young company with plenty of talent and skill - go support them, highly recommend. Tom and Rebecca were also super helpful with quoting and scheduling in a tight timeframe!”

Tom and Cohen came and fixed a light for me. They were polite on time and professional, would highly recommend.
Very very happy with the workmanship and responsiveness. The level of communication was excellent, and they were able to complete the job promptly. I was also pleasantly surprised with a reasonable invoice at the end of the job. I would highly recommend Marshall Electrical to anyone.

Best experience I've had dealing with any company in a long time. Yep, that's right, ANY company. Customer service far exceeded expectations. This is the only place for us for any future electrical work. What I liked: 1) Excellent communication. 2) Accurate instructions/information and advice. 3) Honest, reliable and trustworthy - gives you the best solution - for your house. 4) Timely - showed up on the dot (we never had to sit around and wonder when the guys were going to show up).
It was such an awesome service provided by Thomas! Thomas was great with his customer service. Did a great job and was quick and efficient. He was well prepared and called a plumber in case the water boiler needed plumbing work. I would highly recommend Thomas. Also he was quick to respond to my call for help and very reliable , thank you
I just had Thomas come over and check and replace my security lights. I texted the day before to confirm my job was still on the books. 1. Thomas replied to my text quickly. 2. Asked if I wanted a coffee as he was picking one up on the way over 3. Turned up promptly and 4. Suggested alternate options that could save money. I cannot express my satisfaction more, Tom was very friendly and and true professional. He took time to explain the work and what is the the best approach, but allow me to to decide. I have let Tom to do what he think is best and he absolutely done that. I cannot fault anything, he also did the job in the way that save me some money. Highly recommend...
We are so impressed we booked our electrical job through Tom. It was such a seamless process from start to end. We found Tom very helpful, friendly and his workmanship was fantastic. He found a perfect solution for our needs. We asked Tom to install a heated towel rail and we are so happy with the results. Tom, Sean and the team did an absolutely amazing job at our house. From the initial contact and getting a quote to getting all the work done, these guys did the work in an efficient and tidy manner. In fact, I think the lounge is cleaner after they completed and tidied up than before hand. There were a few additions and variations to the initial quote that were taken on board with no trouble, and the final invoice had no scary surprises at all - all in line with the quote. I needed a new plug socket in the kitchen and also to improve the kitchen lighting. I have a Lockwood-style home and so wiring can be problematic. Tom was great, he assessed the job and came up with a great solution for the plug socket and then identified a safety issue with the current lighting and installed modern downlights which look great and are so much more effective than the old ones. I'm really pleased with the work and very happy to recommend Marshall Electrics. I will be using them
I am so pleased with my new LED lights- the guys arrived this morning, got stuck into the job, tidied up as they went and were very pleasant to interact with.
The serviceman was great..he did the work efficiently and well. He was very friendly and kind, worked professionally and quickly. He fixed our hot water heater problem. Thanks so much!
