Needed total supervision - Used 19mm instead of 25mm fence palings, and 75x50 as posts instead of 100x50. Smooth talker but don't pay until your completely satisfied.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had a deck built last year by Isaac and his team. Isaac initially gave a quote with a very good price compared to other quotes. His workers arrived promptly but part way into building the deck, he said that he had measured incorrectly and needed to be 7 square meters bigger. The new price was exorbitantly higher by a few thousand dollars. We were baffled by how he can measure incorrectly on an open site. His remediation was to bring down

Whilst Isaac is very pleasant and seems to know what he is doing, he is not often on site and leaves the job to his workers. His workers are poor and need constant supervision to achieve an average job. We've tried really hard to give them a chance but over time Isaac has become increasingly difficult to get hold of and we have not had any response to our concerns for the last 6 months. Here's a list of the issues we have had with Issac Fencing/Construction - Drilled thru a drainage pit

I recently engaged Lindesay Fencing to build me a new fence. I can highly recommend Isaac's handiwork, professionalism, integrity and reasonable prices. Isaac kept me informed throughout the process.
