“I just wanted to say that I have worked with the Team at Leybourne Builders on to different houses. On the first time it was replacing a very technical roofing area with lots of angels and pitch changes, but with Phil and Adam on the job that was not a problem and every screw was in line and the job looks Great. So with that in mind I had no problems working with the guys on another job a year later. Converting a 100 year old house back into a loving family home. This again was a real head”

I required a simple building job, and I would say for the works carried out, it was excessively expensive. Cartage of rubbish was included in my bill, but they didn't clean up all the rubbish as a result of the works. Which they did come and clear it through a second site visit upon discovery. If you're wanting a small simple job completed, through my experience ask for a breakdown of the items on the invoice. Note that you'll also be paying a premium for their work. Despite that, they
Phil built pergola for us. From the very beginning he impressed us with his charming personality and technical skills. Although he wasn't the cheapest on the quotes gathered, but still we had a feeling that he is the right person and he did prove it. He built a beautiful pergola for us. He tried to accommodate as much of our design ideas and we are very happy with the outcome. He kept us informed and was always on time. I am happy to recommend him to my friends and others.
