“Needed a ventialtion system. Enquired with HRV, Moisturemaster, DVS and Laser Electrical (Smartvent). Mike at Laser (Rosebank Rd) was the only salesperson who actually called me back so we went with them. Fast, efficient installation with minimum disruption. Only one minor gripe - the post job cleanup was not as thorough as I'd have hoped. Some wire and cable offcuts were left behind that required a quick, 1 minute sweep. Other than that, I would highly recommend Laser (Rosebank Rd) for your”

Called for a small job of disconnecting the power supply to shed ready to be demolished and replace a sensor light with a new one. Whilst the job was done fine and as I asked, how on earth can you charge for 2 hours work! 2 electricians showed up, it took one electrician 25 minutes to disconnect the power supply to the shed, he then went out to assist the other electrician with replacing a light fitting. So 1.35 man hours to replace a light fitting. I guess this company does not rely on word
First got them to do a job in December, installing an outdoor light which I supplied and fixing a blown fuse in the kitchen. They were nice people and turned up on time. But charged 600 bucks which I thought was steep. I contacted them again on a Tuesday via their website email to do a small heated towel rail install in the following Monday. No reply. So I followed up Thursday and left my details with a alady and registered the job. The lady said they would call back to confirm a time. Hadnt
I have engaged the services of Laser Electrical twice, the most recent occasion was to completely re-wire an old building. They get the job done but at a PREMIUM and seem to place little value on the on-going relationship/potential 'word-of-mouth' the their customers can influence. From a customer aspect their quotes are really hard to understand and their billing equally so! Whilst they get the job done I would not recommend these guys, their charges are exorbitant (i.e. outdoor
