I hired this company after seeing positive reviews. Approx 4 years later, the work they did on my roof has resulted in massive leaks and now my ceiling is sagging.</p><p>Not surprisingly, this company has disappeared so taking them to the disputes tribunal is out of the question

Phil engaged with our site person, measured the roof, supplied a contract and then demanded a deposit to secure the colour steel material. He has since &quot;gone to ground&quot; and has basically stolen our deposit. Unbelievable!! We are now taking legal action against KEA and Phil Maxwell.

We had some re roofing done in August last year by Phil and we were initially very happy however when we had the first big storm in April the capping on our garage came off causing water to leak into it ever since I emailed Kea roofing on 10th April and have continued to email and message Vikki &amp; Phil all to no avail. My husband has been on the roof and only the corners of the capping were pop riveted to the garage. </p><p>DO NOT USE THEM UNTIL THEY SORT THIS! Next step is the commerce

Very disappointed in the shobby work, scratches everywhere and ridging all out of alignment, VERY ruff work. Also I had to threaten him with the cops to even get him to start as he seems to not want to communicate after paying the deposit... Best to avoid.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with tradespeople. A job that was meant to take 5-7 days took almost 3 months. There are parts of the job that is shabby &amp; remediation is a nightmare. There is damage inside my house as a result of how rough they are ( the skylight in the kitchen was caved in). His attention to detail was fantastic and he had great solutions for the tricker areas.</p><p>Vikki always kept me in the loop about when work was starting and managing a few weather delays that have to be expected in Wellington.</p><p>They make a great team and I'd be happy to recommend them for your roofing job.
