Had a switchboard rewireable fuse replaced with a miniture circuit breaker, an apprentice accompanied the tradesmen for training purposes. We were invoiced at 1.5 hours for the tradesmen and 1.5 hours for the apprentice, despite the job being a one person job. Informed John that we thought it was unfair the customer has to pay for the training of their apprentice on a one person job. John halved the apprentice charge-out time. Would never use again, too expensive.
