The worst customer service experience in ten years of living in NZ.</p><p>I bought a benchtop from Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens) on September 1 and everything seemed to be very smooth. Pros: I like my kitchen, they were very accommodating in waiting over 2 months to install the toe kicks due to flooring/damage to wall issues (existing, not caused by Incredible), I enjoyed the design process, most people I dealt with were friendly.</p><p>Cons: Dealing with this team was disastrous - the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. On the day of installation, the installer noticed the dishwasher tap was still in place. He asked if I had a plumber coming to remove it

After sending through a preliminary created plan from the website to the office, Georgia helped fine tune the design and advised on cabinetry and benchtops. Installation went according to agreed timing and workmanship was tidy and cabinets and benchtop installed beautifully. Kitchen works well and a pleasure to use.

From start to finish Incredible Kitchens where great to work with. Georgia was very helpful in the design. Very reliable on times for measure ups and execution. Kitchen is amazing and very happy with the quality. I had got numerous quotes and Incredible Kitchens were the cheapest and used the same quality as other companies. I would definitely us them again.<br />

I met Jen at the East Tamaki showroom. She was able to show me many different options for my kitchen replacement. I then worked together with Gen on the design. I was happy with the pricing and with the range of different options that were available. The new kitchen looks stunning. All the people that I dealt with were polite and accommodating. <br />I highly recommend Incredible Kitchens.</p><p>

This is a fantastic company. We have used them to replace a kitchen benchtop that looks fantastic and now they have replaced one of our bathroom vanity tops. Bruce is absolutely fabulous to deal with.
