“I have had a positive experience dealing with Hills Flooring. I got the carpet and underlay at a great price and the install was straight forward. My only comment is regarding the finishing detail at the transition point from the carpet to the wooden flooring which was done very poorly. Apart from that, I would recommend them.”

What a bunch of fools these people are and when I asked them about their performance they just becane abusive. Would tell people to avoid them at all costs, they have no idea about customer service at all.
Provided the wrong carpet - it had been cut and placed on floor ready for laying (all 50m of it) before we realised that it was incorrect. Offered it to us at a mildy reduced price but decor was planned around our original choice. Wasted a day of ours time.
The trades people this company employs are rushed. The time to rectify a problem was 7 months latter after 25 phonecalls and 6 no shows of trademan. Absolutely hopelss at returning phonecalls and communication. I would not recommend this company even if they are the lowest price supplier.
