“Have just had a huge deck surrounding a swimming pool and other decking areas replaced by Mike's team. It looks incredible, roll on summer!!! Great price and a quality job. Under the supervision of Les, Stephen and Harvey did an amazing job. Just really nice guys and nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up at the end of each day which included sweeping up all the sawdust as well. I will certainly be using Handy1 Trade Services LTD again and have already arranged for Mike to quote for”

Excellent first class job, very happy and the other contractors were marvellous and some even thanked us for our business. I would definately recommend and use again.
Mike and his team were great. Mike was running a little late on a couple of site visits and send me a text but both times he wasn't as late as he thought he'd be! I was very pleased with the quality of the work - as usually happens there were a couple of things that needed a bit of a tidy-up after the painting was completed but doing those little bits was no trouble for Mike and his team. I got multiple quotes and Handy1 was in the middle. I only used companies from this website and
I have used Handy1 umpteen times over the past 6 or so years and have always found them faultless. Mike is personable, professional, honest and earnest. His tradesmen are skilled, experienced, courteous and respectful. Handy1 take all the stress out of any renovation or project and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Already looking forward to the next time I pick up the phone to pitch my latest plan to Mike!
A job well done by Mike and the team. We found all the team conscientious, reliable, trustworthy and very respectful. Being able to communicate with one person for the complete project was awesome. I needed someone to bring all the tradesmen together to tear out an old kitchen (where two tall cupboards left holes in ceiling), and install, supply and design a new one. I also needed a toilet replaced. All of the tradesmen were willing and professional, and Mike made some choices for me which were good quality - but not over the top in price. I am totally satisfied with the finished job and as problems arose (such as whole floor replacement due to flooring deterioration) Mike tackled all of
Mike and the team rennovated our bathroom and Toilet. Mike was a pleasure to work with and came up with solutions when we needed a bit of guidance. All trades were co-ordinated well and we're really happy with the finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to use Handy 1 again.
mike very good to deal with. Contractor did good overall job however feel if I had arrived home after they had gone I would have been cross at a few areas of the job.
We've just booked Mike and his team to do our 4th job - they're that good, and they do everything! First was regibbing and plastering our girls' room, and removing a window and installing French doors. Second was installing a pergola with a clear roof over our deck, and third was repairing our front fence. Now we've booked them again to build a deck at the front of our property. Mike's always very responsive and proactive in his communication with me, and I highly recommend them.
Mikes plasterers and painters did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to give our house a really professional finish. We would highly recommend them.
Job well done, our job involved four tradesman and Mike arranged these all to perfection. It was fantastic not having to organise any of it. The plumber Lee went out his way to ensure our requirements were properly fulfulled. Wouldnt hesitate to use this service again

I have to bne honest and say this is my thrid rating, but also the third distinct piece of work Handy 1 have done for us. Glyn and Nathan did such a good job of finishing up the internal painting that we asked them back to do the outside. THe quote was very reasonable, Gln was very clear on what prepr would be done and where they might need Mike to do some replacement of weatherboard etc. The job was done very well, to a high standard, and great value for money. And the guys were very friendly,
Terrible service. Made appointments twice, no one turned up. No call to say they weren't coming. no e-mail, no apology. Huge waste of my time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
