“Terrible company, bad service. My mum used this company last year to fix a leak in the Bathroom. The guy didn't fix the leak and made alot of holes on the outside of the house. He came back the next day and wanted to make more holes in the outside of the house. i ask him if he was taking advantage of my mother who was a recently widowed pensioner. He said I was rude and wouldn't come back and finish the job. We hired someone else who fixed the leak and made no new holes in the house and was”

Do not book these plumbers! The owner of the business is an awful man who wouldn’t know good customer service if it hit him in the face. The plumber who did the work on our shower (can’t remember his name) has done a seemingly fine job, although after he left we notice a hole had been made in the shower tray. Whilst this is annoying, we weren’t upset about this and contacted the owner to get them to fix it. He told us his plumber said he didn’t cause it so it is our problem to resolve
We use Grant Plumbing to do our shower back in 2016 after they did it the shower was still leaking and it was warranty at the time so rang them to come and fix it which they did and they charged us for that we refused to pay because $150 they tried to charge us. Now I'm doing renovation our builders found the room next to the shower the walls are all rotten caused by leaked from the shower because Grant Plumbing didn't do the job properly that caused the leak I rang them this week to come and
if you looking for a cowboy plumbing business these guys are your go to. Absolutely useless. Came to fix a kitchen tap which had come loose. All he did was tighten it so it did not not swivel and left a 5mm gap between the tap and the cut out circle the tap fits into so water could get in there. Then they never sent a bill and a rather rude woman from the office called to ask why I had not paid it. The tap has now been fixed by a tradie I had in fixing something else and he isn't even a
eeks ago have used Grant plumbing 6 times over the last 4 years for a rental property. in the past have always found them reliable and good - but this has all changed. In Nov we wanted 2 side by side water tobys repaired. They had done the same job (1 toby) in Mar 18 for $147 for 1 hr labour including parts. This time they charged for over 7 hours labour of 2 people. I was at the property for most of the time and there was no need to have an assistant trades person there, who mainly stood
Absolutely terrible company. Poor communication, will leave you waiting. Promises to be contacted by a certain time were routinely broken. We waited 2.5 weeks of back and forth before being told by 'the manager', that they don't vouch for the gas fitters (they essentially are a contracting firm), and that the guy didn't want to do the work. Rude, bad communication, never hire these people unless you want to waste your time and money.

we have used this company for many years off and on. However, a job carried out, a number of years ago, on internal gugerting, on our rental has become an issue, which has only come to light recently, after, dare I say, we even resorted to a new roof. Last year, after a storm/ earthquake, we also contacted the firm to come and check out a leak that had appeared in our residentail property, .. but we heard nothing from them, whatsoever. However, its the rental property we have the issue
Jim wont back his employees work, had a shower install and liner had bubble behind it, said would get glue in from the mixer, but had a builder come around and look and told me the only way is to start again, which Jim would not do, do not use this company while Jim wont get his guys to fix their mistakes, they take no pride in their work, Jim quoted the builders act about over one year time frame he is not interested, which sums he up, he is an ass hole.
This has become a terrible company with the owner rude, offensive and nasty. He would not go to our house to give us a quote, as he told us 'real' jobs took priority as they were paying. We booked in twice with them for a quote and they couldn't be bothered. I used them in the past about 5 years ago an they were fine. The owner doesn't understand what customer service means.
Excellent service on time every time
Where do I start! Hire someone else, please. Dishonest, greedy and devious are few words to describe these people. Accountant Aaron Picking tried to bully me into paying for the time, services and assistance didn't require, requested or quoted to fix our burst water mains! Owner of the business, Jim is rude and racist. I contacted and forwarded a written complaint to the Master Builders whom this business is registered with but they were no help!
I used this firm for replacing a burst water main on my small, flat property, and for digging a trench and laying 15 m of flexible piping, as well as some pointless attempts to fix the old rusty pipe, I was charged a total of $2300 for 30 hours of time (2 days work for 2 plumbers). I argued it was excessive and paid part of the bill and they took me to dispute. Don't use this firm, they overcharge and are unreasonable.
Careful as they are dishonest. They force sales through fake free quotes. They sent me a bill for the 'free quote' which I requested, so that I can 'credit the bill' off the job if I proceed with the quote. Then they tried 'debt collect' for a free quote. Would not deal with this company again.
Job was estimated to take 3 hours. Charged for 8 hours, plus $75 for certification. Then although 'certified' he left a gas leak which had to be fixed. They agreed it was excessive and changed to 5 hours. We deducted 3 hours at $70 plus GST then they billed us again for a further $80 - no explanation. We had used them twice previously on recommendation, and had been very happy, however never again.
Have used them 3 times in the past year; different guys each time but all have turned up on time and completed the job to satisfaction with no issues. A pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them highly.
I had to get someone in on Sunday morning to fix a broken pipe. The first phone call was answered promptly. The plumber on call then rang me and said he would be there in between 1 and 2 hours. He actually arrived about 21/2 hours later. The job took less than 30 mins. I have been charged for a full hour. He re connected the water but failed to check the pressure inside the house and I realized after he had left that I needed to clear air in the pipes. I dont feel this was very thorough.
