Please beware of this company they also operate under other company names such as Floormasters (listed on web currently). We used this company for outside concrete which we needed grinded & polished as our concrete was in such a state & so rough. After they grounded old concrete they grouted it & all concrete cuts or expansion lines (which we thought odd as we figure this should be left for movement of concrete) but the biggest mess (at the time) was the grout they used was

We had a residential double garage, storage room, hallway and wc done in 2004 i.e. 45sqm for $3800. We hardly had cars in the garage, however, the floor needs refurbishment since the levelling mortar is breaking off all over the place. It looked nice on the website and Adam really worked hard at the time to meet expectations. However, tiling would have been the better choice which we are looking into now! It has been a waste of money for us.

Adam I am an unhappy customer as you still owe me a refund for the out of date LEVELCOVA installed. I removed the skirting boards, took out the toilet and basin. I was impressed by the pictures and testimonals on your website. But the floor had an uneven surface and colour variations and lumps. Which required more diamond grinding. After finishing with the solvent sealer you could see the floor was all scratched. Your guys worked at my house for 10 days to no use. I ended up getting it tiled

Adam was rude, inconsiderate and surly. His worker was impossible to communicate with and they were rough with, and damaged my skirting boards without attempting to repair them. Avoid this company if you possibly can!

Rubbish. Would never use this company again. 3 yrs down the track Im having to pay someone else to fix where the concrete is all popping off and breaking due to Adam Haining/Concrete Care refusing to come back and fix it.
