Appointment time was suggested and booked by Shaw Plumber and was late for 45 minutes of course no show, and on top of that when i called the office a lady was asking me to be Patience, not at all a professional way of dealing with customer who is waiting for more than 45 minutes. Very Very Disappointing!
Absolute rip off business, cost an arm and leg for small jobs, poor workmanship, worst to deal with, avoid them at all cost!
very pleasant polite people the person who actually did the installation log burner worked really hard unfortunately they wanted $5000 to take out 2 back to back chimneys leaving a hole in the kitchen where I cooked a builder quoted me $1700gst
