Bob planned and drew up my deck alterations,he submitted the drawings to Franklin Council for permit and obtained the permit required . His work was completed to a very good standard including the galzing of the panels ,Aluminium box rail hand rail ,and stained the timber deck nicely . The inspector passed the construction with no complaints and I have a beautiful deck which is both private and practical.
