Awful,awful customer service that beggars belief. Owner (with several decades of experience in this industry) failed to add GST to an all inclusive quote, failed to check that our carpet was in stock, failed to let us know that the carpet that he sent out on the day was the wrong colour, failed to be in contact to explain why he had breached our contract without so much as a phone call and left us in the lurch. Failed to reply to calls or return messages. However, he was very good at charging
