contacted this guy(des the apparent owner/manager) in April...its now August... to get a garage built. told him clearly he was to be responsible for entire job including all necessary consents permits etc. as of this moment we have NOTING more than a slowly rotting pile of timber and tin in our driveway. slow to respond to e-mail and doesnt take polite criticism very well at all. in fact is quite offensive about it. also told us way way back in April he would send a contract out to
