USE THIS COMPANY AT THRE PERIL OF YOUR DOLLARS. We were supposed to have our roof and gutters replaced in April 2014 by compass. Sam the business owner came along to quote us, he seemed pleasant and at this stage answered our phone calls. The price wasn't the cheapest but we liked Sam so we went ahead with the job. I have used Compass Roofing to replace my roof and it took them 5 months to complete the work. The quality is very sub-standard and the response by the owner of the business is very poor. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Took Compass Roofing to tribunal for bad workmanship. Not only was it bad work but they also threatened us. We had an independent builders report carried out which came back as shoddy workmanship, etc. We had to get a solicitor because of the threats we were receiving. We won the tribunal case. Compass Roofing broke the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1996. The company was ordered to pay us approx $13,000 by the 15 October 2015. They have paid us. Our roof still leaks
