Hello I used Clegg Builders on a house extension in Grey Lynn in mid July 2011. They were lovely people to deal with and at first glance were professional builders. BUT there suppliers and people they contracted in were rubbish. Since the extension we have had multiple issues with roof leaks, electrical faults, alarms (electrician who said he did alarms) switches, lights and more... The roofer left all his rubbish on the gutters and in the garden (nails & off cuts) that kids have
