We used Jason for a number of electrical jobs around our house, and we found him to be prompt, courteous and efficient. He always turned up when he said he would be there, which can be rare with trades people these days! We would highly recommend Cain Electrical and Jason for any electrical work. We would definitely use them again.
Jason came over to the house twice to do work on the new hot water cylinder we needed to replace. He was on time, very capable and professional in his manner and charged very reasonable rates. I would recommend him to anyone.
We have used Jason of Cain Electrical on several occasions for various electrical works and have always him prompt, efficient and a very genial person to have in the home. His workmanship is second to none. Thanks again Jason for another great job completed as always on time.

Have called Jason twice, for issues at my rental. Both times he replied straight away, got round there really quickly, sorted the problem out, gave good advice in simple English and charged very reasonably - or not at all. Couldn't have been any better.
This is the third time i have used Cain Electrical Ltd. I cannot speak more highly of the professional service Jason has given us. He has undertaken work at our rental property and has clearly explained what needs to done to the tenant and myself. The last time Jason came to the property I had previously agreed for the tenant to call someone, to get a quote, they quoted a huge job with an absolute excessive charge. Jason had the problem sorted in a couple of hours, making my life as a landlord
Jason explained what we needed done in layman's terms so both my partner and I understood what needed to be done and why. He was prompt at getting back to us, and had the job done when he said he would. As well as this, we found his pricing to be very competitive. We will definitely be recommending Cain Electrical to our neighbours and using Jason again. Thanks!
