2 months and job was never competed They were disorganised did not know what they needed and even when chased could not provide details on amount of tiles required until the day they ran out. then wanted to get payed more for there delays and as I refused they had stated they would turn up but never did. Longest non tile job I have ever seen and I have been involved in a few.
Leith was such a good tradesman to have on the job and in the house, advised us well as he progressed through the job, and we were 100% pleased with the finish of the job
Would absolutely recommend BTS tiling - Doug was great to deal with and provided excellent options and advice. Danny did a great job with the tiling and even caught an issue with one of the materials I had purchased, meaning I could quickly replace it in time. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat - only wish I had used them for a previous bathroom tiling job with another tiler that I had completed, I'm sure I would have had a far better outcome.
We are over the moon with the work done to install subway tile backsplash in our new kitchen. The attention to detail and focus on getting the best outcome for us was really appreciated, looks amazing!

Caleb was so polite, very knowledgeable and his tiling was outstanding. The tiler was able to move the cabinet doors, which we didn’t think was possible. We are so grateful that he gave it a try! We are so happy with our splash back and will be recommending BTS to anyone who needs tiling done. We went for herringbone & it looks absolutely perfect!

Very good and clear communication as well as helping to recommend the best look and finish. They turned up always when expected and the finished bathroom looks excellent.
We contacted BTS Tiling on the recommendation of our builder whom we trust. Doug from BTS Tiling was very responsive from Day 1. He checked out the job on site and sent a quote for the kitchen splashback very promptly and kept us informed. We requested for Chris, again on our builder’s recommendation, and Chris was assigned to the job. We chose 3D large format tiles for the splashback, which require precision in order to ensure a flawless finish. That is exactly what Chris delivered - a
John was a fantastic communicator : he got a hold of me quickly and was able to check out our floor within days. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. The work that was completed went quickly, and with no mess. The tiling was impeccable. Excellent business, highly recommended.

Lyubo tiled our main bathroom perfectly. He listened to all out requirements and made sure we were happy with the laying of the tiles in corners etc before completing each section. We were very impressed with his professionalism and I congratulate John and his team on a great service.
I found John on google after desperately needing a tiler before our carpet was laid. John was so accommodating, professional and willing to assist given the circumstances. He provided advice and guidance on the best look for our splashback and his communication was exceptional. Lupo the tiler was extremely friendly and polite with exceptional skill and precision.
