Phoned over a month ago to arrange a quote, gave them 2 phone numbers and an email address but no one contact us. Called to complain was told Bruce does all the quotes. If they did not want the job, just call and say so. If would appear from the comments here we have had a lucky escape.
REVIEW: Bruce Moroney Electrical Beware this company – PRICE GOUGERS I asked for 10 pendant lights to be installed into existing holes in my ceiling where downlights were currently located, so the holes in the roof and the wiring were all in place. The electrician only had to go into the roof space for one light. A simple and quick job right? They sent a pleasant elderly electrician, he told me he was due to retire. He was very slow and hesitant, it took him over 2 hours to get the
Disputing invoice with them now; appears they have carried out unnecessary work, charged for longer hours than they were present and replaced very expensive parts that shouldn't have been replaced. Do not recommend at all.
Was quoted $300-350 to install a single power point. Got a bill for $500. We were home during the entire time the electrician was there and he never told us it was going to cost more, or why it cost more. Rang them twice to query the $150-200 increase on the quote and they said they would call me back but never did. Do not recommend due to inaccurate quotes and poor communication.
