HEADS UP ON HEAT PUMP INSTALLER:<br />I highly recommend if you are looking to employ a person or company to install a heat pump/air conditioning system, you DO NOT use BRETT SKINNER of 'Affordable Heating and Air' from Levin. This man can talk the talk but can't deliver the work. </p><p>Back in October 2019 I paid Brett a 75% cash deposit upfront to enable him to buy the necessary gear. The correct unit did eventually arrive and else but that's where it ended. It is now March 2020, 5 months later. I
