Asked for a Quote; finally received quote after the demolition completed. ... so very clear what any issues may be. Work started Feb 2012 and main work finished end of April (a 10 day job) leaks remained unresolved at end of May 2012. Invoices were 3x quote and 5x preliminary estimate. Gross overbilling e.g. 10 min "fix' was charged for 3 hours plus truck/trip. No explanation of overage and no satisfaction on leaks remaining after job completed.
