Daniel and his team completed a renovation including adding a room, renovating a room into a master bedroom and ensuite and completing with decking. Very open and engaging builder, happy to discuss alternative options and offer ideas. Very open pricing and billing regime, actually under budget result. His team was very respectful of our home in terms of keeping it tidy and the finishing was great. Daniel was also not afraid with challenging the council over some of the draconian regulations to

Dan and his team did a great job rebuilding our house. We love living here. It was a complicated job and we were living in the property while the rebuild was underway. Dan is a very good communicator and provided us with really practical advice on all aspects of the process. He managed the sub-contractors really well so the project progressed according to plan timelines and price. We would use him a again and recommend him to other people considering renovations or a rebuild.
In 2007 Daniel successfully completed a complex ,architectually-designed rebuild of a wooden bungalow in Milford. This involved eight months continual work with three other staff. We were very pleased with the end result which included a new second level, a garage ,decks and a driveway Our house is now admired by many visitors and neighbours as an outstanding example of quality workmanship.
