Auckland Wide Movers

I paid a $115 deposit and waited for the boxes at a certain time. They never arrived so they said they would be there between 7 and 8 that evening instead, but they weren't. I had to have them asap and they knew that. over the next two days I was told the only one who could sort a refund when I canceled was the manager, but he was always out on a move. They completely ruined multiple items of furniture (lounge suites, dining tables, spa exterior and art work). Bad experience with Aucklandwidemovers.<br />Sent truck that was not big enough so needed 2 trucks in the end.<br />Guys were pleasant but slowish.<br />Took 9 hours to do move that should have taken 4, compared to previous move. Two guys who spent a lot of time umming and ahhing about how to do things and how to stack the truck. We recently used Auckland Wide Movers and were overcharged, pressured to sign a contract and furniture messed up. We were told that the movers would be at the first property between 2-3PM.
