Absolutely worst customer service ever experienced in my life. Decided to go with another provider and they wanted to invoice me for time spent getting a no obligation free quote - which I am still waiting for. Here is the response "I decided not to waste anymore of my time chasing Sharon for payment as she has wasted enough of my time. My argument with her was never a legal one, but a moral one. She is a time waster who never intended on installing a system but decided to waste my
