These guys were awesome, Jude was so lovely and she was able to point us in the right direction,she helped us with our fire issue couldn't get parts for it she found them at a decent price to. Once the deposit paid, communication ceased. It took almost six months for them to front with the products (two fireplaces) .i.e, they held our deposit all this time and they were prompted to purchase them because we went directly to Yunca and Warmington to ask where are products were after being told for weeks that they'd been ordered.</p><p>Would not recommend Active Fire and Water as a company to deal with - the lack of communication and the months of excuses were absolutely appalling. </p><p>We
