Lovely final result. It took a bit longer than expected, but Pete was very thorough and knowledgable and explained the process well. Peter also skillfully replaced damaged boards.
Don't ever use this company 1 ) poor communication re preparation of the house prior to floor prep. - told that it was a " misunderstanding " when furniture put in wrong room - then booked for 1/2 hours for furniture removal 2) job was" double booked "so absent for 2 days - had to book a motel room as job not completed as promised. 3) arrived to find that an original door had been severely damaged and removed from its hinges after removal of the carpet . 4 ) left the
Pete did our floors to a standard that we never thought would happen. It’s absolutely an amazing job. We intend to use hom again for the rest of our house. Thrilled to complete our renovation with the floors looking perfect. Would totally recommend .
I used ABM flooring for my floor sanding and coating. Pete did a really good job restoring and giving a new life to my old pine floors. They were easy to communicate with, Mikala keeping me up to date with the job and promptly responding to any queries I had. They were flexible and accommodating with my requests from the beginning. Pete is very knowledgeable, had to do some extra work as we discovered old tiles under the carpet, but finished the job on time. He even brought me a lovely
I found Pete through Google. Our poor Matai floor in the kitchen, dining area especially had so much glue on it from the old carpet tiles, we needed to do something. I didn't want to cover it up again so decided to have it polyurethaned. Pete had done an amazing job and the floor looks absolutely fantastic, the colour, the richness of the Matai is spectacular. Pete gave me confidence from his first visit to measure and quote on the job which was sanding back an engineered wood floor with a dark stain and returning it to its natural wood colour with a Matt blonded effect. I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend Pete and his business.
ABM Flooring priced and carried out two floorsanding jobs for our main contractor company efficiently and on time, to a required quality standard promised, despite challenges of time pressure and incompleted predecessor works such as proud nails in the floor. They just got on with it without complaints and a strong work ethic was displayed. The uniform finish to gapped floor boards, required for the successor floor finishing works was achieved as we had hoped and the sites were left clean

Pete came and sanded and polished out very old motly floorboards in our bungalow and brought them back to new. He even punched all the old nails down and filled them for a better finish. The floors look amazing. The work was started and completed on time and the price was very reasonable . We are very happy to recommend ABM flooring , thank you Pete.
