Never again will we use this moving company. They dropped our fridge twice resulting in a non-working fridge, and failed to tell us before leaving. We found the damage on our own the next day when all the food had spoiled. After trying to claim no liability they finally agreed to compensate us as they had failed to meet their terms and conditions - namely that they would take due care of our belongings. They arrived on time. I advised them that they should use a pallet mover for, but I was told 3 guys could easily handle the lifting of the item. They charge more for more guys. Well they struggled to lift it. I had to help them. They put a massive chip in my garage concrete in the process. Then they sat in my drive with the truck running for 15 minutes doing nothing before they leave. I then am charged for this as an additional half hour. In fact they tried to charge me even more
Most god damn awful moving experience of our lives. Over priced, unfit movers and the cleaners from hell. If you are smart you will stay a million miles from them .....
