Have been trying to cancel an insurance policy with Ian at Riverside Financial Services for over 3 weeks now and he not only emailed us calling us idiots for wanting to cancel but is failing to cancel the policy and ripping us off. We were transferred to Ian when our previous broker moved on from the role.
