Hi I bought the blank revolver from Auckland Penrose guncity for my brother but he’s after the co2 revolver . I went back today to get refund according to the policy doesn’t says any of anyone return the item you have to cut 20% off from the refund money . I can’t see this written in front counter or receipt . The person who was on counter today he gave me layby customer receipt it says admin will credit the account 20% if either party change the mind but this is only for Layby
