Joel is very knowledgeable and friendly. We heard rats scuttling around in our roof. Joel inspected our property inside and out and imediately located where the rats were getting access. He located traps left by the previous owners and made sure they were placed well and serviced. We haven't heard any rats since his 1st visit. Great service, great communication, would definitely recommend!

Joel was prompt answering my online query, he was quick to turn up with great communication along the way. He offered that he could do my job while I was at work, which worked well for me. He texted me when finished, to let me know it was successful. I would 100% use him again.

Amazing service. We had tried to find a wasp nest for weeks. We emailed Joel and within six minutes he replied and then less than 24 hours later he had located the nest and treated it. Thank you Joel!!

Very easy to deal with and had great communication. He responded over the weekend was able to provide the required treatment while I was at work on the Monday. Really happy with how quickly and effectively the wasp nest was dealt with as my neighbour has small children and I didn't want them to get stung if they wandered too close for whatever reason.
