His task was made considerably harder by having to crawl under our house to drain the hot water tank.... and the tank drained very slowly due to no proper outlet having been installed by a previous plumber! This did not deter Dave. A couple of hours of very hard work by Dave had the hot water tank up and"

> "Back in Aug 23 Dave swapped out an element in a hot water cylinder made in the 1990s for me, we managed to get another couple of years out of the cylinder. The old girl finally popped her clogs Feb 26 after 30+ years of great service. Davo came round and he got it swapped out in less than 4 hours. It was located in a hideyhole behind a wall located behind a chimney through a very small opening so it was a pig of a job but he got it done. Great work. Thanks heaps."
